Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the original order date.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
Returns have to be approved through our customer service.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus the return shipping label and any applicable non-refundable shipping costs.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
Merchandise
All merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes hats, apparel, accessories, and other non-product merchandise.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact info@rebeljune.com within 30 days of your original order date. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Do not send anything back without receiving return instructions from us first.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
